The 1950s

I had a bright and fun card yesterday and another one for today ... but very different ... and it's my DT card for the new challenge starting today at I ♥ Promarkers.

The theme for this week is
THE 1950s

I have to admit that I didn't know what to do for this theme, but then I came across this gorgeous image that I had, from Bizzy Becs Burlesque Bessie .... errrm first time using it !!! ... and so after googling a bit on the 1950s I thought that it would be perfect for my card!!
I loved how my card turned out today... lots of glitter for a big change... coloured image with my promarkers and then finished off the shoes and red band on the hat with glossy accents. Stars are die-namics, sentiment is from LOTV and purple boa is from my carnival costume :P ... remember it :) ??

    Va-va-voom Doreen! This is a fabulous card... I think Bessie has always been my favourite of Bec's digis... she's a little saucy but not too racy. I love all the bling and glitter you've added and that feather is just the best. All in all, it's a fab creation!
