Spotlight Technique

Good morning ladies, hope you are enjoying your week so far... I am just so happy this week wearing a new work uniform  : ) Yesterday I wore the skirt combined with the shirt, waistcoat and blazer, and today I'm going to wear the pinafore + shirt and blazer yay ..  I hope the novelty doesn't wear off to soon he he ..

Anyway, I have my DT card today for this week's new challenge at Crafty Sentiments and the theme for this week is SPOTLIGHT TECHNIQUE. This is something that I had never tried before but I ended up really enjoying myself making .. and it's now one of those cards that I just can't part with!

For my card I used my fave stamp from the Autumn Collection, Primrose Autumn Leaves. I coloured her with my promarkers, embossing on the sides with my Sizzix embossing folder and two butterflies, some pearls and some gorgeous pretty pink felt to finish it off. This I had won from my blogger friend Lorraine.

    This is a little beauty Dora I do love that spotlight technique I have seen it done before and is one of the many things I have on my list to try, that image is the sweetest and I adore the simplicity of the design.
