Pearls and Swirls

Good morning, I'm feeling so much better today and we're off to the beach this morning. Yesterday we did go out for dinner, I ended up leaving most of the food there however, still not too much appetite BUT I was so excited as I wore a dress that didn't fit me before!!! I lost 2 kilos with this Gastric Flu I had...  woo hoo :) I just hope now that I manage to keep it off .. fingers crossed I do.

Anyways it's time for another challenge at OSAAT. The theme this time is PEARLS and SWIRLS and for my card this week I was so lucky to get to choose from one of Jessica's, Floppy Latte Designs gorgeous images. Having never tried a silhouette image on my cards before, I decided to have a go and so I chose one from the Hat Silhouette digis. I am so happy I did as I loved how my card turned out.


Went for a simple black and white look, embossing that I love so much, the leaf is Marianne Designs and the other dies are Spellbinders. Lucky me the border die was one of the goodies in a fantastic candy I had won from the lovely Audrey last time. Woo hoo, so exciting, loooove the goodies, and having so much fun trying them out. Thank you Audrey, you made my day xx
