At the NEC

Hello hello I'm back.. back to the real world as Gemma commented on Facebook today.. so true!!! Not a very good time to be posting but I had so much housework to do and I couldn't let today go by without letting you know how I went ... which obviously was VERY GOOD .. thanks to Jo and Greg who went out of their way to make my stay with them a very happy one and made me feel so welcome and at home :D

Here, Friday, we were clothes shopping in Cardiff .. fabulous sunny weather, was so lucky.

Back home outside Jo's lovely home.
 

And on Saturday - the BIG DAY - at the NEC in Birmingham! I couldn't believe myself that I got emotional while waiting to get in! Really I did! We were there early at 9.00am and ME, being so excited,  had got up at 5.00am .. just couldn't sleep!

Here, Jo and me did some shopping at the LOTV stand.

We met the sweet Gemma
 

and the one and only Joanna Sheen!!! yay couldn't believe it 

I also had the opportunity for some crafty time with the celebrity crafter Stephanie Weightman .. O WOW!
 

And finally... me with all my goodies back home at Jo's

I'm now obviously broke in cash and rich in crafty goodies. What a day! My dream come true, all thanks to Jo and Greg :D I'm going to remember it forever.

Well better go now, so late and it's back to work tomorrow, but I'll be doing some catching up as soon as I can.

    It sure looks like you really enjoyed yourself my friend.
    Lot of fun pics and that craft fair looks awesome to be there for..I spy alot of great goodies, after all that was the whole purpose to shop for crafts / clothes who can not resist those two a must have for any women... LOL!

    Ohhh lucky you! Our craft show in Belfast is only a little'un compared to NEC ... looks like you got a lovely stack of new stash there!

    lol..... looking at the pics it was a real busy fun packed weekend and it went so quick, still laughing at you getting up at 5am thinking we were going to be late and we were there before the doors opened! Shame about all the fog on the way too but loved every minute of it! Jo xxx
