Love Letters

My third post for this week... I'm still in Pisa!!! will be returning on Saturday...hope weather is good :[

This time my card I made it for the new challenge at Paperplay as StampFairy are sponsoring this week.

The theme for this week is LOVE LETTERS and I thought I would try doing a Valentine Card.

Quite a simple card today with the darling Barry from the Barry Throughout the Year collection to steal the show :) Coloured him with my promarkers. The papers were free ones from the magazine Cardmaking and papercraft, the border die is from Crafty Sentiments and the heart die from Marianne Creatables.

Love is in the Air

With Valentine's day just round the corner, it's no surprise that there are so many LOVE themed challenges around .... and it's also the theme at  I ♥ PROMARKERS this week... LOVE IS IN THE AIR. 

I did not make a Valentine one however... I struggle a bit with these ..  don't know why.. errm maybe I need to get me some goodies for this theme ??? !!  wink wink :)  so well I just did this card and featured the love between a mother and child instead. 

The image is from A Day For Daisies and it's also a freebie for this week too, so beautiful I think. Coloured it with promarkers. The gorgeous flowers are from Lorraine, the lovely paper was in the Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine...  don't forget you can download the papers for free from their website ...

... and the punch is Martha Stewart... finally!!! I used the corner as well and punched all around.

Let's Get Girly

Hello good morning everyone.... hope you are keeping warm.. brrr so cold everywhere at the moment. We are off to Pisa today and should arrive late afternoon!!!  ... and I have three posts scheduled for this week.

This is my first one with a girly card for the new challenge at Crafty Sentiments.
The theme for this week is

GIRLY

... so nice and easy. I looved it too :)

This is what I did.

For my card today I used one of the latest digi releases at Crafty Sentiments, Kai, and coloured her with my promarkers. The gorgeous hearts border die is also from Crafty Sentiments.

The gorgeous papers were in the January issue of the magazine Cardmaking and Papercraft...

... the leaves die here is Marianne, while other leaves at the bottom of the card are a Martha Stewart punch.

The lucky winner as always will win some lovely digis from the store.

The One I Love

I'm so busy at the moment! Next week we're off to Firenze and Pisa for a few days, just me and hubby and two friends ;) and therefore have been staying overtime everyday to make up for it at work... so well, just time for nothing else these days but besides that, mum is also a bit poorly this week and so have been visiting more often of course!!

Anyways, want to welcome my new followers over these past weeks now.. thank you for following and sorry haven't been able to hop over to your blogs and say hello yet... but I'll do that as soon as I can.

Stamp Fairy Sponsoring

I wasn't able to make a Christmas card last week, being so busy, but this week I have one yay : D 

This card I made it for the new challenge at Do You Stack Up as Stamp Fairy are sponsoring this week, so me am playing along with the DT girls over there.

The theme is ANYTHING GOES

.. so just the perfect excuse to make a Christmas card.

For my card today I used this sweet stamp from the Christmas Kids collection. I coloured it with my promarkers and then cut all round it and popped it up with foam. Papers are from two different sets, the gorgeous ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons, corner stamp from LOTV and the Christmas tree is recycled from an old Christmas card.

A Photo Inspiration

It is very cold over here today, and weather forecasts predict that it will get colder..... just so not like my card here. .. I think it came out so bright and colourful....

... well it had to be! Look at this picture. It is the theme for today's challenge over at I ♥ PROMARKERS...... be inspired. As for me, I was inspired by the bright colours from this photo..  

For my card today I used this adorable Bildmalarna stamp, which lucky me, was one of the goodies in the candy that I had won from Claire last month. So many thanks Claire! 

The background paper is from a free paper pack gift in the magazine Quick Cards, the grass die is Die-Namics.. four layers I have there, two of them all popped up !  .... and the rest of the stuff are all oldie goodies from my stash. I've had these cute cats for ages, they are from Papermania... so sweet, I never want to use them and just want to keep them!!! 

The butterflies were a free clear stamp in a magazine, as was the pretty floral stamp on the side. I first stamped the image directly onto the paper, and not liking how it turned out, since the paper is coloured, I stamped it again on a white card this time, coloured them with promarkers and then patiently cut out the little teeny weeny flowers and glued them on top of the first stamp.
