Anything Goes

Good morning everyone. I can't believe it's been two weeks since I posted anything here... so here I am today with not one but two cards in one post!

For both cards I am using the same stamp set but as you can see they are totally different cards.

The first card I did it for the new challenge that started today at

and the theme for this challenge is
ANYTHING GOES
The two sentiment stamps that I used in this card are from The Wedding Day stamp set which I was so lucky to receive from our sponsor for this week, Visible Image. See the other stamp in this set in the next card.

The other stamp that I used on the card, of the bride and groom is from Card-io, I colored it with my promarkers and then I used DP from Papermania, a die-cut heart doily from QuicKutz and then flowers, a bow and pearls from my stash to finish it off.
Check out the challenge blog to see what the other girls in the team did and to see the lovely stamps from Visible Image that you can win for this week.

For my second card, I used the same large sentiment stamp from the The Wedding Day stamp set and then I also used the lovely rose stamp, which is also in this set.
I decided to heat emboss the stamps, but it was only after the third attempt that I decided they were ok as it's been some time since I did this! I then mounted the cards on gold card and finished it off with gold peel-offs, a bow and the gorgeous die-cut doves from Marianne Design... first time using this die. Love it :)

Entering my cards in these challenges today.

Both cards are beautiful and elegant. I love that you featured the same stamp in two completely different ways. beautiful layering of the lacy heart, lovely paper, and that romantic image.
