Good News and a Card

Hello hello hellooooo :)) I have another post today ... a longish one too as I got lots and lots of news ...

So first  - my friend had her baby yesterday, and it's a little cutie boy :)) Woo hoo can't wait to see. ..

Second news .. there is another baby on the way, actually two, the wife of one of my colleagues and another colleague of mine, who told us yesterday that she is three months pregnant with her first baby :) I'm so happy for her!!! Must get me a card done ..

Third news... and hear this one now .. I'm SO EXCITED.. no no I'm not pregnant ha ha :)) hoo hoo :))

feel my excitement...

well ..

a craft exhibition is going to be organised at the Bank where I work for its employees and obviously I applied.. that was quite a few months ago... well, guess what ... I'VE BEEN CHOSEN !!! Woo hoo hoo :))  I'm soooo excited! There will also be a catalogue, with our photo, write-up and one of our projects! I'm so glad I kept most of the cards I was doing last year.. just in case I was chosen, 'cos, knowing me, I'm sure I wouldn't have managed to make anything in time. It will be held next month .. really can't wait!!!

And more more good news .. told you it's a long one..

I WON A CHALLENGE   :))   yippeee!!!

Yes, the December Gem of a Challenge with my Liittle Red Robin card. I get two clear stamps of my choice from the store :)) .... And browsing the store I just couldn't help myself ordering two sets of Nestibilites as well.... didn't have any of these and had been dying to get me one as they look lovely. So now I'm really looking forward for the postman to come knocking at my door ha ha :)

Wow all this good news made me forget the bad cold I still have..  :) I think it's better I go in the afternoon for my daily walk not early morning.. !!!

O yes, I have a card as well now. A baby card for my friend of course. Really love how it turned out.

For this card I used one of my Pink Cat Studio stamps which I'm using for the first time, some yellow flowers and of course one of my Martha Stewart punches. There's stitching all around ... I've grown to love stitching so much and feel there's something missing when I don't do this! I did the sentiment with the computer as the one in the set didn't fit in my card.
