Release the Glitter

Hello everyone. Hope everyone is well. Been to the physio again today, and I'm hoping that next week will be the last time I go. Getting better and better but still when I run a little bit I still feel a bit of pain, so not 100% yet! Really looking forward to start running again! On a positive note, we are having FABULOUS weather at the moment, and so I'm soooo pleased :) Weather predictions are temperatures of 28C for the weekend, which is really tempting me to go for my first swim on Sunday he he :) 

Anyway, it's Wednesday already, that time of the week when I share my DT card for the new challenge at

The theme for this week is

RELEASE THE GLITTER

So just add lots of glitter on your card! I added my glitter on the stars, round the main image and on the cat's party hat!

and we were so lucky to get an image to use to make our card. I chose this funny and crazy looking cat Party Cat. I thought he was so cute :) The prize for this week is 3 digi images.

After finishing the card I remembered that it will be my brother's birthday next Friday, and thought it would be perfect for him! Lucky for me too that I had this done just right in time!

Bugs

A day late with my card this week but I've been so busy! Hubby is in London for two weeks and I went there for a few days too in a last minute decision. I'm back home now, came yesterday and back to work too, so was rather busy. Hubby at the moment is on the plane coming back home, and he also had a delay, so will see him in a few hours.

Anyway, onto my DT card for the new challenge at I ♥ Promarkers and this time the theme is  

BUGS

 

Such an easy theme I think and we were also so lucky to be given an image from our sponsor

 

to use to make our card. The one I used is this really sweet image Lisbeth rides a Lady Bug.

Many Happy Returns

At the moment, in the office, we have a student working with us for some time and today, after I showed her one or two of my cards which I happened to have with me, she excitedly told me that she always wanted to make cards. This of course got us talking, me explaining all the things necessary to help her out. She got me remembering how I got started and when I started my blog in 2010 and so back home I rounded up some stuff for her from my stash to help her get started. Who knows, we might see her in blogland soon too :)

Anyway, I have my DT card today for the new challenge at

This is what I did.

 

The cute stamp is from Crafter's Companion, which of course I colored with my promarkers. I stamped it out three times, cut it out and then popped it up with foam stickers. 

 I also popped up the flowers, which I cut out from the same DP from under the image.. can't leave those lovely flowers hidden.. would be a waste :)

Ink It Up

 Good evening everyone. I hope you are enjoying some lovely Spring weather and making the most of it. It's nice here again, and it should be getting warmer too, so am really pleased, even though I'm very unhappy due to a bad leg injury which had me stopping my training!! Last Tuesday I went to see a doctor and today I had a physio appointment as well... I have another physio appointment next Monday now and probably some more after... hmmm I'm seeing my pocket crying too . .. still if it will be worth it I don't mind as long as I will get back to my routine soooooon as I am very unhappy :(

Anyway, I have this card to share this week which I did for the new challenge at

so I decided to ink up one of my lovely Tilda rubber stamps (Noble Tilda).

 

I have of course colored the image with my promarkers and this week I went bold and used a lovely dark burgundy color for her dress. I really loved it.

The beautiful background DP is  from the Vintage Rose paper pack of Wild Rose Studio.

Kids Have Fun

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a nice week so far. Can't believe we're already in April! Since I started working full time again I've been so busy that time seems to just fly by!!!

Anyway, it's another new challenge at I ♥ Promarkers and this week the theme is
KIDS HAVE FUN

For my card this time I decided to use one of my images from Kenny K and the lovely DP from Echo Park. I wanted to put more stuff on my card, but I decided not to since the the paper was so colorful, so I just added the sentiment, arrow and stars die cuts and card candy in black. I thought it came out quite fine this way.
