Red and Green

Just last week we were still basking in the warm sunshine and wearing Summer clothes and now all of a sudden it's gone all cold and Wintry! That would have been ok if I didn't catch a cold :( I missed the Latin dance class yesterday, today's Bokwa fitness class and by the looks of it, also my first 5km Fun Run next Friday! All this, coupled with loads of work at the office and hubby abroad, I'm obviously not in such a smiley mood :( 

Anyway, being Wednesday today I have my DT card  for the new challenge at

The theme for this week is

RED AND GREEN

Well to me that spelled Christmas, and so I did a Christmas card using one of my images from Stamp Fairy.

I have colored the image with my promarkers, used Papermania DP and again my snow pen which I had bought from Joanna Sheen. I really love this pen, and it's so fun seeing the snow puff up when I heat it! The bottom border die is Spellbinders.

Pumpkin Photo Inspiration Challenge

It's not usual that I post a card on a Friday, but last time I was asked to be a Guest Designer at Savvy Handmade Cards for this week, and so here I am with a card.

For my card I used an image from Stamp Fairy which I colored with my promarkers, DP from a magazine and loads of flowers from my stash.

The challenge for this week is to use this gorgeous pumpkin photo as inspiration.

Snowflakes

I always say that we do not have an Autumn here in Malta.. and in fact at the moment the  temperature is a hot 30C!.. People are still going to the beach but I'm really longing for some cooler weather now .. .. 

Anyway, I'm sure you didn't stop here today to hear about the weather! So onto my card and for today I have made a Christmas card for the new challenge starting today at

The theme for this week is

SNOWFLAKES

For my card I am using one of our sponsor's cute images which I colored with my promarkers and then added some snow with my special pen. DP is from Papermania, Christmas trees with an oldie punch, snowflake die is Spellbinders and corner die is Die Namics!

To finish it off I added some glitter, gems and of course a nice sentiment as well.

Needing a thank you card this week, my mind quickly remembered this fun cow digi image from Stamp Fairy which I thought would be just perfect for what I wanted to do!!

So this is what I came up with ...  I loved the result!!

I colored the the image with my beloved promarkers, background DP is from my Papermania Capsule Collection paperpack, grass and landscape dies are Memory Box, text die X.Cut, and the how-to on how I did the texture on the grass is here ;)

Ribbon and Bows

Hi everyone, good morning. My third card for me this week, wow I'm getting into the routine again :) ..  and it's another Easter Card today! I am really enjoying myself making these this year.

.. yes not to make an Easter Card, but having made two Easter cards in a row already, I just felt like making  another one for today as well.

This time, for something different, I didn't use the usual Spring colours, and used instead this bluish Easter digi paper that I had already printed.

Love Is All Around

With all the love themed challenges around, I just had to play along and so made a Valentine's Day card.

This time I used one of my oldie stamps from Stamp Fairy to do my card.

Coloured stamp with my promarkers and then themed it up with some gorgeous papers that I had. 

The beautiful border die is from Crafty Sentiments, and I cut out the heart myself as I still don't haven't got me a die for this shape!!

Anything and a DT Call

Good morning everyone, wishing you all a nice weekend. I have two cards today.... no I have THREE!! but in two posts. Very rare this is, so you can imagine how busy I was to get me all these cards ready, but always ever so happy, especially when you see what I have been doing :) 

So this is my first one and this is my DT card for the new challenge starting today at SWEET STAMPIN.

 This week it's an easy Anything Goes theme and we are sponsored by Quixotic Paperie and also by Stamp Fairy with  a $10 voucher each from their shops. So there will be two lucky winners this week plus our monthly sponsor Joanna Sheen.

  

We lucky girls this week could all play with a digi from the Stamp Fairy and I had my fave teddy to use on my card. I colored him with my promarkers and then used some freebie papers from a magazine, my fave Martha Stewart punch and well brads, ribbon, sentiment and a die cut to finish it off.

Easter

It's a Public Holiday here in Malta today, celebrating Freedom day and we are off to a Wedding party this morning. .. I'm really looking forward to go as the wedding reception is at the same place where we had our wedding when we got married... such a long time ago..

So onto my card now as today I have two cards and for my first one I am sharing my DT Card for Stamp Fairy, which happens also to be my last one as a DT for Stamp Fairy. I have been on this team for quite a long time now, since 2010, so it is a good time to move on. 

Stamp Fairy today is sponsoring Craft Your Days Away and the theme for this week is EASTER. 

For my card I am using the cute Barry from the Barry Easter 1 collection. I coloured Barry with my promarkers and used some pretty papers from my stash. I had made this card before I left to the NEC so no new goodies on my card today. The grass is a Die Namics die, while the centre one is Spellbinders. I did the corners using a Fiskars punch.

Spring

Hello good morning. Today I am.. you know where ... yes in the UK with Jo yay :D .. did I tell you that this is the first time for me travelling alone ? emm umm emm .. anyway.. so a scheduled post this is, sharing my DT Card for Stamp Fairy who is today sponsoring Crafty Catz. The theme for this week is

SPRING.

For my card I am using one of the sweet images from the Clementine Spring release.

I coloured Clementine with my promarkers, papers are from my Honey & Hugs papermania paper pack, leaves are Marianne Design, while the pretty butterfly die, which I embossed, is Memory Box... first time using it.

Here is now the latest release at Stamp Fairy.. the cute Barry Easter Set 2 and Barry Bunny. Yay so cute

    

And I have some exciting news now woo hoo

I did the Top 5 at the Anything Goes Challenge this week with this card.

Three Different Papers

I didn't manage to go to the airport yesterday having so much to do at work and staying overtime, but of course couldn't let the day go by without seeing my brother after such a long time, so after work we had a lovely reunion and then together we went to visit my mum at the old people's home as well. What a nice day.... and he also got me some nice crafty goodies too, all the way from Australia he he so fun :)

Anyway, I have my DT Card to share today for the new challenge at I ♥ Promarkers. The theme for this week is to USE 3 DIFFERENT PAPERS and we are sponsored by Stamp Fairy, so all the girls this week are using one of their lovely digis.

For my card I used Molly In Love and coloured her with my promarkers. The papers are from a Wild Rose Studio paper pack, butterfly and circle dies are Spellbinders, flourish is Joy Crafts, while the fab border die is from Crafty Sentiments.

Good morning, hope you are having a lovely weekend. I have two cards for today, and this is my first one.

Stamp Fairy is sponsoring this week's Cupcake Inspirations challenge and I am having fun playing along as Guest with the Cupcake girls :D

For my card I used the sweet Molly from the Molly Throughout The Year collection.

The challenge is to take your inspiration from this lovely picture. Not one who celebrates St Paddy's day, I  have picked up the colours from this picture. Found the perfect paper from my Floral Prints DCWV paper  pad, coloured my image with promarkers and printed the sentiment on the computer.

Ribbons and Bows

I had a baby girl card to do this week, so seeing that this week at  I ♥ PROMARKERS we are sponsored by Lili Of The Valley, I thought this lovely Baby Christening stamp that I had, would be perfect for our RIBBONS AND BOWS theme this week as well.

Today I coloured my image with promarkers, and used some lovely pink papers. The gingham was in a Papermania paperpack, while the other pretty one with the hearts is a digi download from Stamp Fairy. Border punch is MS, while flowers are oldies from my stash - in fact I've had these flowers for over three years as had brought them with me from USA! The sentiment I created it myself on comp to personalise my card.

The prize for the lucky winner is a 10 gift voucher to spend from the LOTV store.

Barry Numbers

What a long day today at the office, I stayed overtime again .. thankfully it's Friday which mean two days away from the office yay :) but Friday also means time for a new release at Stamp Fairy and for today we have the sweet Barry with some fun numbers .... just perfect for birthday cards.

For my card I used again the same lovely sketch that I used yesterday, loved it so much, couldn't help myself! 

Of course I used different papers, but from the same paper pad as yesterday's ! 

I coloured Barry with my promarkers and then I popped up the number and his little hand for some dimension. The border punch is Martha Stewart while the lovely stars are Die-Namics die.
