2 - Pile It On Challenge No 12 - Theme is ANIMAL-RIFFIC.
And, yes, for once, let me TRY to pile it on ...

4 - PaperPlay Challenges - Week 12 EASTER
5 - Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge 35 - EASTER

Easter Card
Preparations here are in full swing for the visit of the Pope next April.. looking forward for this and lucky for us citizens too, as we are getting some roads redone ... Have to be luckier though and live near where the Pope will be passing ;)

2 - Paper Cutz Challenge No 34 - Theme Easter BUT no bunnies or chicks
3 - I Love Digi Challenge No 3 - Easter Theme

Bugaboo Digi Image
I wasn't planning on another post today, as it's Saturday and I'm always busy on this day, but when I checked in here and saw these fab challenges .. where you can win Bugaboo digi images, I just had to take part :)))
So here is my card today, and I'm using my new Bugaboo Digi Image Princess Charlie.
I used the colours CORAL, KIWI and BANANA for my card as the newest challenge at the Catch The Bug Challenge Blog is to use these colours. I didn't have any printed papers with these colours so I had to make my own by stamping my daisy stamp in the backgrounds. The sketch which I used is this fantastic one here by Arlana at Sweet Sketch Wednesday.
So better I go now, as I'd love to go hopping as well... at the Catch The Bug Challenge Blog of course :)
Hugs and thanks for looking

Ruffles
For a change I made a Birthday Card today... Lately it's been Retirement, Easter, Engagement, Wedding ... so now I had to make a birthday card.... and it's a male one too!
For this card I coloured my new cutey cutey Ruffles stamp with Promarkers, which I got from Vee's Sketch Pad and I also used Vee's lovely Sketch here below. I wouldn't have thought of doing those inward cuts in the main image if it wasn't for the sketch :) ... that's why I just love sketches. Thanks Vee xx
I'm entering this card in the Cards For Men Challenge No 6 as this time the theme is HAPPY BIRTHDAY and also in The Pixie Cottage as the theme for Challenge 12 is CIRCLES.
Thanks for looking

Sarah Kay
One of my favourites, Sarah Kay....
I really enjoyed making this card and colouring this 'cos it has brought me childhood memories.
No no .. not what you are thinking,,, no kissing boys under a bonnet :) It's just that when I was a child I used to really love Sarah Kay. I still have a Sarah Kay 1983 Calendar intact and there were also these Sarah Kay stickers which you would buy and stick in a FIGURINI PANINI album. I had collected all of the stickers and I still have this finished sticker album and now today, to colour this image I brought out this album to look at to help me colour in this image. I'm really pleased with the result. These Promarkers are just fantastic, I really love using them.
Here is the card.
I made it for a friend of ours who is getting engaged. The dotted backing papers are from the Daisy & Dandelion Paper Pack and the striped ones are from another DoCrafts pack. Lucky me that we got someone selling some craft goodies here, finally!
The sketch which I used here below is from I ♥ ProMarkers Challenge No 7, and the twist this week was to use spots/dots in our project.
I'm also entering this card into Crafty Calendar Challenge No 6 as this time it's FLOWER POWER. They would like to see flowers somewhere into our card or project and an optional extra was to use pastel colours....
And also into Fun With Shapes and More Challenge No 47, as this time the Challenge is to use FAUX STITCHING.
Thanks for looking, and don't forget to have a look at my friend's video for the EUROSONG CONTEST being held next May in Norway... only if you have time of course ;)
Hope you enjoyed your visit.

... Me again!!!
I decided to make the card more personal, and added the names and just had to add some hearts at the top!

CHIEF
Woooh I can't believe it's already Thursday, yes it looks like I've been a bad blogger... BUT it's because I've been having some bad days. The worst part has to do with my printer.. we had a power cut here in Malta this week.... all over Malta!!!! and when the power came back I found out that my scanner/printer didn't want to switch on.. I didn't think much of it at the time, and thought it would be ok but it still isn't working! So, I'm still waiting for it to be fixed... and me feeling bad all along!
Another thing is that I can't find my small 'Handmade By' rubber stamp which I bought last year from New Zealand :( it really is nothing much, but I get sooo annoyed when I can't find something!!! Now I've given up as I know when and where I used it last, and feel that I've seen the last of it :|
Now, no more of my moaning. I have a card ... a particular one today.
A colleague of a friend of mine is retiring, and they call him 'The Chief'.. he he :) and so she asked me to do him a card in this sense! As I didn't have anything to go for this, I googled and found this nice indian image and made this card.
I printed the image three times ... at a printer where I work! I then cut around one of them, the second just the trousers and hands, and the third, just one of the hands and the front piece on the trousers. I then attached them with foam to create some dimension. The papers are from my Papermania FOR HIM paper pack, which I smudged around the edges with some black ink and the buttons I made them myself using two punches, one small circle one for the centre holes and a larger one.
Here are the challenges I'm entering it into:
1 - Tuesday Morning Sketches.. I used Melissa's lovely sketch for this card.
2 - Fab 'n' Funky - This week's theme is IT'S ALL IN THE TECHNIQUE.
and last but not least ....
3 - Cute Card Thursday - The theme is DIMENSIONS.
Hope you like it and thanks for visiting.

Cuddly Buddly
Hello, Happy Monday to all.... :) I'm back :) Yippeee! I missed my blog so much. But I've been so busy.. and ... well, there was something else as well ;)
So, to start with, my son had his exams and he really needed someone to stay with him, and then off we went for a weekend break :)
Woo hoo that was fun... I just had to upload a piccie of me and the kids in the hotel's jacuzzi he he !!
Back home now, can't say I am not pleased I'm back ... look what I won last week at the Cuddly Buddly ... and they were in the mail today.. The link is on my sidebar if you want to have a go :)
I couldn't take my hands off Charley! Here is what I did.
Unfortunately the scanner wasn't working so had to upload this picture for now! Not so good sorry.
I followed the sketch from I ♥ ProMarkers Challenge No 6
and I'm entering it into these three challenges.
1 - Fab'n'Funky Challenge No 15 - guess what the theme is .. IT'S ALL NEW!!!
2 - Charisma Cardz Challenge No 11 as this week the theme is SOMETHING FOR THE KIDS. I'm sending the card to one of the kids at the Card for Kids Card Drive so I thought it's ideal for this challenge as well.
3 - I ♥ ProMarkers Challenge No 6 ... (I thought I wasn't going to make it this week :| ... just in time :) We had to follow the sketch and also to do our own backing papers. I used my daisy stamp with lilac ink and then watercoloured them with some yellow and green colours as well.
Now, I'd love to go and check my favourite blogs and see what I've been missing.
Thanks for looking.

Easter Card
Hi, I'm back :) Yes, don't know if I'll be able to make any more posts this week as my son is doing his half yearly exams and I want to stay with him a bit to help him out, so thought I would do this one today....
Of course.. I might have time for more posts... BUT ... not sure about this as I also got the card-making lesson tomorrow which I hold here for some kids. In fact this card here, is the card I prepared also for tomorrow.
As you can see it is quite a simple card, but it's because the kids are aged between 8 and 11, so it has to be fairly easy for them to do. I'm very happy to say that another new girl is joining my group tomorrow :)) !!! This made me so happy!
For this card I used the sketch here at Inktegrity.
I just came across this blog last week ... when I happened to read that they are holding a .... FAIRY HAPPY WEEK!!! Interesting isn't it!!! They are releasing some gorgeous new fairy stamps, and if you comment you can win the fairy stamp! I'm trying ........
Another challenge in which I am entering this card is at Sassy Designs By Susie as this week the theme is EASTER.
Thanks for looking.

Just for you!
Hello, hope you had a nice weekend. As for me it was as busy as ever... and we didn't have much nice weather either.
This weekend also, my younger son had his scout ceremony and he paraded for the first time. He looked so cute and so shy when he saw me taking photos of him :)
Here is my first card for this week which I also made for one of the kids in the Card for Kids Card Drive. I think it's rather cute and think they'll like it. Still have got some more to do though... hope I'll make them in time!
To make this card I used the sketch SSS47 at The Sweet Stop
and used papers from a paper pack of the Daisy and Dandelion range which I just bought last week. I stamped the background with a Do Crafts stamp and used my new Martha Stewart border punch and also another flower punch. The Challenges I'm entering this card in are Die Cut Dreams as this week, it's to USE AT LEAST 2 PUNCHES and in Paper Cutz Challenge as it's ANYTHING GOES.

Marriage
Hello, thanks for stopping by today.
My card for today is a card which I made for a colleague of mine who is getting married. She wanted me to do her a card to give to her husband-to-be. I had never done a card like this before, so I absolutely had no idea of what to do....
After much thought I finally came up with this.... Hope she likes it :)
And for some more fun.... these are the challenges I am entering it into !!!
1 - Allsorts Challenge No 43 use the colours PINK BLACK WHITE
2 - Fab 'n' Funky Challenges - this week's theme is WEDDINGS.
3 - Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge No 74 - theme is ANYTHING GOES
4 - Cute Card Thursday - theme this week is CELEBRATIONS.
Thanks for your time xxx
The papers are from the Papermania new Capsule Collection, the bride I cut it out myself and I also used my NEW Martha Stewart punch!!! Yes... NEW, got it yesterday and it's also MY FIRST ONE ... Woo Hoo! I'm so happy I got it, and it won't be my last !

Mother's Day
I was wondering why there were some Mother's Day themed challenges around... I mean Mother's Day is still some months to go ... that is... in Malta .. but not in UK!!! So I thought why not.... good idea to have them ready :)
Here is my card for today, which I am entering in three challenges.
One is the Just Cute Bears Challenge No 7 as the theme is 'Mother's Day' and you need to have a Teddy Bear in your card. I Reaallly don't mind this... in fact I just loove teddy bears :)
Another one is in the Ooh-La-La-Creations Challenge No 49, which is 'ANYTHING GOES' for this week. I usually use stamps or digi images for my cards, and as this time I used a Forever Friends Sticker, I thought this challenge was ideal for my card.
And the last, but not least, is in Crafty Creations Challenge No 58. Here the challenge is 'MAKE YOUR OWN FLOWERS'... yep ... those on my card ... well, I cut them out myself... no machines ... no no.. don't have it anyway !
Here it is, hope you like it.
For the background I used my forever favourite daisy stamp, which this time I used lilac ink and coloured it with lilac watercolours and the papers are from the Papermania range.
Thanks for looking xxx .... and while you're here... did you click on my friend's video... on my sidebar.. on the top?? It only takes a minute or two... come on :)

Friends
Woo hooo so many challenges around :) I'd just love to participate in each one of them ... but it's really impossible! Time flies and I can't believe it's already Friday ! But it's great isn't it that it's Friday! Thanks for coming to visit me today, hope you enjoy browsing around and while you're here, why don't you click on my friend's video on my sidebar ------->>>> ... she really got a lovely voice, you will not be disappointed you did!
So for today's card ... here it is...
Hope you like it :) I think the image is really cute. I got it last week by winning at Cheryl's while doing a blog hop! That was fun! It is a Bugaboo digi image and I coloured it with my promarkers. I didn't have any 'friends' themed images that's why I chose this one... and I had seen a 'Friendship' themed challenge too ;)
I also noticed that there were quite a few challenges around with the colour green theme, hence the main colour of my card and no patterned paper as well... not my usual card... but again ... another challenge! I used my favourite daisy stamp for the background with green ink, which I then coloured with yellow watercolours and I also did some embossing on the green card.
The challenges ....
1 - Saturday Spotlight Challenge - 'FRIENDSHIP' theme
2 - Dare You to Digi Stamp - very hard ... 'NO PATTERNED PAPER'
and the GREEN themed ones .....
3 - Katie's Clearly iStamp
4 - The Pixie Cottage Challenge No 11
5 - Fussy and Fancy Challenge
6 - Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge Blog
Thanks for looking. Hugs xxx

Fun Cats
Another day, another card !!! I can't stop making cards :) The one I've made today is for the Tuesday Morning Sketches No 36. The sketch this week is quite different than the usual ones I normally see, and at first I admit I didn't know what to do... but finally I did something..
The sketch.
and the card..
I stamped the background with a daisy rubber stamp, then watercoloured it with yellow and the cats, cute aren't they?, are from the Papermania Die-Cut Shapes Pack. I wrote the sentiment.
I will be sending the card to one of the kids in the Card for Kids Card Drive. Here they collect cards for sick children and their families and so I decided to make some cards for them too.
The sketch.
and the card..

Good Luck Owl!
This week I had to do a Good Luck card for a male colleague! Does everyone have difficulty with male cards or is it just me!
I desperately needed a nice sketch for this one, and up came I ♥ ProMarkers' Challenge No 5 with this nice sketch. They wanted to see also some embossing somewhere in our project. I'm entering this card also in the Creative Inspirations Challenge No 29, as this week the theme is a MALE CARD!
The sketch:
And here is my card...
... hope you like it! The papers are from the Papermania Simply Elegant Colossal Paper Pack and the image, which I coloured with my promarkers, is by Dustin Pike. I did the wings, beak and legs twice so as to make them stand out more and for the wings I cut a slit in the main picture and inserted the second wings on top, so as to make them look like they are flapping!! To make the embossing I used an embossing ruler which was a free gift in the Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine, and the buttons..... well, didn't have anything to do there... so I punched some holes and hey lo.... some fake buttons !!!! Hope you like my idea!

Jeremy the Giraffe
While browsing Kathy's blog some time last week, I came across the CARD for Kids Card Drive. Here they collect cards for sick children and their families and so I decided to make some cards for them too.
This is the first one I made, and to do it I used the Die Cut Dreams Challenge Blog theme, and the theme for Challenge no 38 was NO FLOWERS ALLOWED!!! I found it quite challenging though .... no flowers !!! Hey what do I do?!? and SO I realised that I use flowers quite a lot!
I hope you like my result :
The cute digi image, which I coloured with my promarkers, is called Jeremy the Giraffe - Behind the Tree and you can get him from here if you want him!!
Thanks for looking. Hugs xx

Cupcakes
One last card for this week, wow I can't believe the week has already gone ... Really don't see the time go by when I'm making a card..
So, I'm entering this card in the Cupcake Craft Challenges and made it for my mum, as it's my mum's birthday this month. I hadn't yet thought what to do for her but when I saw this challenge I immediately got the inspiration I needed from this week's theme. It's ROUND & ROUND and they want to see CIRCLES. We didn't have to do cupcakes.. but the name did remind me about Cupcakes and my mum loves cupcakes and sweets so much!
Here is the card, hope you like :)
The cupcakes are from The Cutting Cafe' and I coloured them with promarkers. There is some glitter as well in some places. The gems on the sides are pink... but the colour doesn't show properly, I'll try to take a better pic tomorrow.
Thanks for looking. Hugz xxx
Here it is again..

Get Well Soon
Yesterday, my sister asked me to do her a 'Get Well Soon' card for her vet, who hasn't been feeling so good for quite some time she said. Off I went to search for a nice sketch and a challenge too, why not ...
So I'm entering my card for the Tuesday Morning Sketches No 35, as I loved their sketch, and also for the Allsorts Challenge Blog, which theme this week happens to be ... JUST FOR MEN! I really like it when there is this theme in a challenge, 'cos I find men's cards quite tough and this way I can get lots of inspiration by seeing the other girls cards!
The sketch is this one here:
And here is my card...
The papers are from the PETS Dovecraft Designer Paper Pack, I coloured the image with promarkers, the sentiment was a Surprise Freebie from Melissa at Meljen's Designs, thanks so much Melissa xx, and then I also stamped some stars on the background to match the stars on the sentiment.... Hope you like and thanks for looking. Hugz xx

Preggie Mommy again
Yes, I've used Preggie Mommy again :) I just really like her, the problem now is.. to whom am I going to give these cards !!! ? Anyway, I don't care, I'm just enjoying myself making all these cards and entering them in all these fab challenges!
So, this week I came across the Saturday Spotlight, where the challenge was to make a CAS card... meaning CLEAN AND SIMPLE card. Here the winner gets $10.00 shopping spree at Whimsie Doodles Stamps!... Did you see their newly released stamps???
Then I came across another challenge at Crafty Creations Challenges where we had to use just one colour; I used lilac. Wow, here the winner wins three of Heather’s Coffee Break digi images, I'd just love that... I got Preggie Mommy from there ....
And again, I came across Vee's Sketch Pad where I just loved the sketch, and wow again here... there's RUFFLES for the winner!!! And who's Ruffles... he's a little cute doggie clear stamp... co cute!
Oh no more of this .... here's the sketch from Vee's Sketch Pad....
And my card...
The background papers are from The Cutting Café’ Plum Polka Dots Set, which I lightened a little and I coloured Preggie Mommy with promarkers. As for the swirls I dug out my quilling tool and papers… luckily I remembered those as I really didn’t have any swirls!
