Cutie

Hi.. I'm back :) Sorry for the lack of postings this week, but we're so busy here.
OH took whole week off and is painting house and also refurbishing the kids' rooms as they have grown out of the Mickey Mouse they had plastered on their walls
.. and sooooo...
can't have me relaxing in my craft room or blogging while he is so busy, besides we got such a mess everywhere!!!
Did sneak off today though and made this card he he :)



The stamp I used today is Charley from the Giggles Gang at Cuddly Buddly Crafts, which I coloured with my promarkers. The border is Martha Stewart and the sentiment I did that on Word. For the swirls I decided to try something different so I cut little strips of green card and then curled them round a thin pencil!!! I think they came out quite nice :) Hope you like my card.

Baking Cuddly Buddly

Yes, you guessed it, she loves baking :) I just got this stamp a few hours ago, as I didn't have any stamps with baking as a theme and then I found this cute one from Cuddly Buddly. I really hope she'll like it, at least the stamp is really cute :)



I followed Melissa's sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches and I coloured the stamp with my promarkers. I printed the background paper, keeping it light in colour and then I stamped some cupcakes.

Cuddly Buddly

Hello, Happy Monday to all.... :) I'm back :) Yippeee! I missed my blog so much. But I've been so busy.. and ... well, there was something else as well ;)

So, to start with, my son had his exams and he really needed someone to stay with him, and then off we went for a weekend break :)

Woo hoo that was fun... I just had to upload a piccie of me and the kids in the hotel's jacuzzi he he !!


Back home now, can't say I am not pleased I'm back ... look what I won last week at the Cuddly Buddly ... and they were in the mail today.. The link is on my sidebar if you want to have a go :)

I couldn't take my hands off Charley! Here is what I did.

I followed the sketch from I ♥ ProMarkers Challenge No 6



and I'm entering it into these three challenges.
1 - Fab'n'Funky Challenge No 15 - guess what the theme is .. IT'S ALL NEW!!!
2 - Charisma Cardz Challenge No 11 as this week the theme is SOMETHING FOR THE KIDS. I'm sending the card to one of the kids at the Card for Kids Card Drive so I thought it's ideal for this challenge as well.
3 - I ♥ ProMarkers Challenge No 6 ... (I thought I wasn't going to make it this week :| ... just in time :) We had to follow the sketch and also to do our own backing papers. I used my daisy stamp with lilac ink and then watercoloured them with some yellow and green colours as well.

Now, I'd love to go and check my favourite blogs and see what I've been missing.
