Anything Goes

Another week gone by.. time for another card... time goes by so quickly..  especially when you are having fun!!!  This week is another packed one for me he he :)  Yesterday I had core training, this morning a 45 min run, tomorrow a night boat bbq party to Comino and Friday we are having friends over for a bbq! Still don't know what we're doing for the weekend, but hoping it will be a nice one.. Did I tell you it rained last Sunday :(  .. Yes yes I did! Hope it doesn't rain again cos I will be sad :(   ha ha :)

Anyway, onto my card for this week and the theme at

 For my card I decided to use this little cutie as I had a card to do for a little girl called Amy who is going to be one year. Colored the image of course with my promarkers, and embellished my card with lots of fun stuff... Really loved how it turned out. The DP btw was in a freebie pack in a magazine.

Clean and Simple with Crafty Friends

Two cards in a week, it's a rarity for me lately, but especially in Summer it always is! This weekend as usual we went to the pool, went to our Summer place for the weekend, no parties or dancing though and then we had rain again today Sunday, so it wasn't a very good one. I just took the opportunity to have a nice afternoon nap and had some relaxing me time.

Anyway, this time it's a new challenge at 

CRAFTY FRIENDS

and the theme for this fortnight is

CLEAN AND SIMPLE

I was really unsure on what to do, sometimes I find the CAS cards so though to do. Luckily I had this sweet image to use from our sponsor Toadstool Printables which we were so lucky to get to make our cards.

 

I colored the image with my promarkers and I stamped the sentiment using a clear stamp from a Hero Arts stamp set. I did the circle shape using chalk. To finish it off I added the ribbon and some pearls. Came out quite nice I think, although I wasn't that pleased with my coloring this time!

The winner of this challenge will get three digi images of the winner's choice.

Balloons

Hello, evening everyone. Hope you are enjoying your days wherever you are. As for me, Summer is keeping me really busy he he  I just love going for a swim and staying indoors is a definite no no for me. Last weekend, besides the swimming, we went to a party with friends on Saturday, on Sunday we went to a Wine Festival and this week, on Tuesday we had the Staff Summer BBQ and yesterday we were invited over by friends for a BBQ at their place. With all this going on, last week in fact I didn't manage to make a card, but this time I made it a point to dedicate some time ... 

And here it is, my card for this week's new challenge at 

I ♥ Promarkers

The theme for this week is

BALLOONS

I had quite a few images that had balloons in them, but I wanted to use my balloons die to make my card and then found also this really nice DP in my stash which had balloons as well.

The image is from Cuddly Buddly and I colored it with my promarkers. I popped up the background all around with foam and I think it came out really nice.
