A Christmas Carol

Hello everyone. Hope you are having a nice weekend and a lovely Sunday. It's very nice and sunny over here in Malta and me and hubby will be going out for lunch today. So I thought before we go out I would post my DT card for this week's new challenge at I ♥ Promarkers as I still hadn't been uploaded it yet!!! Well I should be a little bit more relaxed now as the worst time at the office have passed.. and shouldn't have to stay overtime up till 6.00pm everyday!!... besides that, we got a new laptop for our son, so I can get ours back, and have more time on it :P

Ok so, here is my card, a Christmas Card for the new theme

I think it came out quite nice, and there is so much going on it it!

The lovely DP was a freebie in a magazine, the lovely stamp is from Crafty Sentiments, and there is the puffed up snow again which I love to do so much. I've had the Christmas tree for such a long long time, in fact had bought it when I started making cards, but never got round to using it and this time I used it and decorated it myself with all the stuff on it.

Hello everyone... Wednesday again.. time is going by so quickly and soon it will be Christmas, so for this week's challenge at I ♥ Promarkers I decided to make a Christmas card since the theme is

ANYTHING GOES

For my card I am using an image from Crafty Sentiments and new DP from Papermania. The Christmas tree and the sentiment I have recycled from an old Christmas card and the bells are metal embellishments which I've had for a very long time!!

I love how it turned out, and so pleased too with my coloring of the hair.. find black hair quite a challenge!

Girl Power

Good morning everyone, already Tuesday, which means it's time for  a new challenge at

Crafty Sentiments.

This is the last time however that I will be using these gorgeous stamps as a DT member of Crafty Sentiments as I have decided to step down from the DT. It wasn't an easy decision as I have been on this DT since September 2010, but it was time to move on.

Anyway, onto the challenge now and this week the theme is

GIRL POWER

For my card I got to use this gorgeous image Chilling in the Sun and decided that it had to be a really Summery card with lots of bright and sunshiny colors.

I colored the image with my promarkers and the lovely DP is from my Me & My Big Ideas Paperpack and the butterfly is Memory Box.

Hello afternoon everyone.. It's been nearly a week since I have posted anything on me blog.. but I've been over to Gozo with my Bokwa friends and haven't been crafting much lately unfortunately .. this is what Summer does to me .. unfortunately yet again!! I do try, but it's so difficult.

Show Us Stitching

Hello good morning everyone. It's not a nice day here today, cloudy and windy, but it was lovely and sunny when I was doing this card, which I guess is what inspired me while I was making this DT card for the new challenge at

Crafty Sentiments 

The theme for this week is to add stitching on your projects, faux or real.. I just added some faux stitching with my white pen around the background DP.

The image that I used is one of the newer ones, Jasmin Let's Swing, and I coloured her with my promarkers.

Add A Charm

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a good week. Yesterday I managed to hop along to say hello to some of you my friends.. but of course I didn't manage all, so I'm really hoping to find some more time this week. I'm not as busy now as last week, just a few Holy Communion cards now .. and that's it !

Anyway, onto my card now and today it's time for a new challenge at Crafty Sentiments.

This week the theme is to

ADD A CHARM

I liked this theme as do have quite a few charms which I've had for quite some time but always forget to use them ha ha :P .. so there is my charm .. a little golden colored sun which I attached to some twine...thought it would be perfect to go with this gorgeous image, Beach Life.  

I coloured the image with my promarkers, and then just popped it up on this fun Summery DP which was a magazine freebie. I really love how it turned out.

Crafty Sentiments new release

Good morning everyone. It's time for another new release at Crafty Sentiments. This time we have ten new gorgeous stamps and here I am with a card that I made using the stamp Summer Time.

She is really so pretty and so sweet I think. I really love this one.

 Today I decided to do some paper piecing and coloured the rest of the image with my promarkers. 

Using more new goodies to make my card today.. and those are the gorgeous daisies dies... I'm so pleased I got these dies. The one on the left are Impression Obsession, the leaf is Marianne Creatables and the other daisy die is die Namics. .. hope I didn't mix them up! Sentiment stamp and die cut shape for the sentiment are from Crafty Sentiments .. and the rest of the stuff is from my stash.

The Letter B

Hi everyone, I'm so late with my DT Card today! Actually I'm late with lots of other things.. but one by one I'll be there, better late than never.. Anyway for now it's time for my DT card for the new challenge that started today at

so you just have to add as many things as you can to your card that start with the letter B!

As for me I managed to add these that start with the letter B... Blue, Boats, Bucket, Bear and Brads.

Hello everyone, good morning. Time for a card from me.. finally! Unfortunately I haven't been in a very crafty mood lately and have hardly been crafting as have been so busy with lots of other stuff. This  DT card today I did for this week's new challenge at Crafty Sentiments. 

The theme for this time is PEARLS and LACE. 

For my card I decided to use the images Annabelle Elegance and Tobey Groom. I thought lace and pearls would be perfect for a wedding card and they always come in handy. I coloured the image with my promarkers.

Crafty Sentiments April Release

Hello again. Back now with my second post of the day.

Today it's the last preview day of the Crafty Sentiments April release and this time we have this sweetie, Teddy with Flull.

I have coloured the image with my promarkers, the gorgeous DP is from my Me & My Big Ideas paperpack and the flower die cut behind the image is Memory Box.. first time using it even though I've had it for so long! 

Using some washi tape today as well. It was in a magazine freebie, and I forgot I had it!!

Crafty Sentiments April Release

Good morning everyone. It's not a nice day here in Malta today! Pfft!!! I had planned to go to the Sunday market in Marsaxlokk this morning to buy fresh fish, then pick up mum from the old people's home to have lunch with us and take her out somewhere, so not sure what we will be doing now .. this not to mention that I already missed my early morning walk today!!!

Really musn't complain though, we've been having some really nice weather lately .. emm just complaining that it didn't have to be this Sunday :P

Anyway, onto my card for today. It's time for the April new release at Crafty Sentiments and this time it's a mixture of summer, sun and sports.

For today it's time for Toby Golfer and I coloured him with copics and promarkers too. The lovely papers that I used were a magazine freebie.

The corner die is Die-Namics while the border is Spellbinders... a new goodie :) I'm so pleased I got this!

Flowers Galore

Good morning everyone, it is a nice sunny day here in Malta and a Public Holiday too yay.. Unfortunately hubby is abroad, so can't enjoy the day with him and I'm all alone, so still haven't decided if to go out or stay in! Lots to do at home, but it's such a nice day and the shops are open, so I'm in a dilemma ha ha :P
