Something For You...

Hi girls, happy Monday everyone! Sorry, been a really bad blogger lately... yes... I just didn't have time to come over at all. Don't want to bore you, but have just started a work related course, for which I am having to stay later at work, and in the weekend, dog had a very very bad accident in his eye while playing with the kids, on Saturday had lots of kids over as we had Kevin's birthday party and then obviously... the usual housework!! On days like this I just wish I just was retired he he !!!!

I do have some lovely news though.. wooo hooo :)) I won some digis from Craft Your Passion Challenges and then I also did a Top 3 at Digi Doodle Shops Best, where I won a gift certificate .. and was also offered a post as a GDT for the month of November!!!! Busy as I am I just had to say YES. And I am so glad I did, I was given some more digis to do my cards !!!! Woo hooo ... coool :)) Don't forget to come have a look on Thursday for my first card as GDT at Digi Doodle Shops Best!!!

... and so now today I have a little something for you ... just in time for Christmas too...

I got two sets of these stamps as they sent me one in error this month instead of the month gift that they should have sent me, so I thought I would offer it as candy. So if you don't have these stamps, and would like to try your luck at winning them, just do the usual things here ..

Stamp Fairy Friday Fun

Friday at last... it's been such a busy week for me... I'm so thankful that the weekend is here! Sorry I've not been around so much this week, but I'll definitely hop by soon to see what you've all been up to. I love coming by, it gives me such great inspiration seeing all your lovely projects.

Stamp Fairy Freebies

Crafty Sentiments - Make A Gift

Yay it's Thursday.. one more to go before the weekend :)) but Thursday also means that it's time for another challenge at Crafty Sentiments.

This week we are challenging you to MAKE A GIFT. Well, after much thought I decided that a key-chain would make a nice gift. What do you think? The only problem however is that I decided that I want to keep the gift for myself  now he he :))

The stamp that I used is the darling Pat In Summer, which I coloured with my promarkers. I printed it twice, one of the them flipping it beforehand. After cutting them, I stuck them to some thick card and then together, one behind the other. Finally I covered them with sticky plastic and made a little hole with my smallest circle punch.

The Raggedies

For a change I don't have a Christmas card today, but an Anniversary Card which I did using one Stitchy's sweetest stamps... The Raggedies. I made this card for the challenge at Creative Craft Challenges, where Stitchy is sponsoring this week, and of course some other challenges as well :))

I coloured the Raggedies with my promarkers and for my papers I used some lovely lilac ones from Papermania which I've had for quite some time.

I did some stitching on the sides and then from another paper I cut out the flowers, which I popped up with foam. I really loved how it turned out.

 This is the sketch that I followed today..

----- The sun came out today and so I just went out and took another picture of the card... I think this one looks much better :))

Boooo !!!

Just a quick post for now but I really wanted to share some photos from the Halloween Party I went to on Saturday.

... I did try to make a spooky face, the red eyes came quite handy here... but no matter how I tried I didn't manage.. I had such a fun time!!!
