A Monster Party

It seems that everytime I am away, my mojo just goes flying away too....... and me being a bit poorly and school starting this week doesn't help at all. So, of course, my card today is quite simple .. but I think it came out so cute too.... can''t really go wrong with such a fun image. 

I made my card today for this week's Just Wordz Stamps where the theme today is ANYTHING + A SHAPED CARD... So I used the words It's Party Time..

and made a circle easel card using my nesties.

The cute monster stamp is from Squiggle Stamps which I was so lucky enough to receive from my blogger friend Heidi yay :) and the banner stamp was a freebie in the magazine Simply Homemade.

Coloured both stamps with my promarkers.

It's A Girl

I didn't have an early night yesterday as I said I would. I ended up doing an ordered male card.. another one that I had forgot! She called me asking if it was ready.. oops .. of course it is I said, I'll get it tomorrow ...  I am so disorganized at the moment.. I really think I need some time off  ;)

Well, it's Tuesday so time for another fab challenge at Crafty Sentiments. The challenge this week is to use BANNERS/ FLAGS/ BUNTING on your cards. All the girls today are using one of the new and so cute images from today's new release!

But that is not all.. this week we are also seeing the launch of our Crafty Cutters Dies  which come with sentiments sets that match perfectly with it .. yay so exciting ! The image that I am using is Lucy with Rattle and then I used also the It's a Girl sentiment.

I coloured my image with my promarkers, banners are Die-Namics, flower Marianne Design, floral flourish Joy Crafts, Spellbinders Nestabilities Eyelet Circle die and Doily Lace Trim Martha Stewart punch.

More Sparkle with Stamp Fairy

Hello girls, good evening. I'm back .. .. well sort of..  It was a fabulous short holiday but am so tired now. We also had a delay at the airport, so got home really late and today even had to go to work! Ha ha we were like zombies today..  the ones that didn't manage to take it off!

Anyway.. I better show you my Stamp Fairy card now as I am so late with that today.

It's the second week with our Sparkle Challenge and here I am again with another sparkly card.  Today I used the adorable Barry Bedtime for my card, coloured him with my promarkers.. 

.. and of course added lots of sparkle.. on his little hat and pompom and also around all the card. I found me some gorgeous ribbon in my stash which had sparkly dots of glitter on the snowflakes all around as well, and then used some shiny card to die-cut out a snowflake from another new die set that I bought woot woot :) I also bought me the new poinsettia die.. but that is on pre-order ... coming out in October! I am so looking forward to get that.

So hope you like my card and hopefully have inspired you to play with us Stamp Fairy girls.

I Love You with Just Wordz

My second scheduled post for today... at this time we should have arrived in Amsterdam yay!

It's Friday, so it's time for Just Wordz stamps.. those mix and match word stamps .... with which you can make up so many combination sentiments! Today the theme is all about LOVE.

I'm using another new goody today.. the Joy Crafts Floral Flourish Die ... woops I've been a bit naughty lately.. got me some new stuff..

My stamp is from Meljen Designs and I had coloured it with my promarkers .. in my car .. while waiting for my son to finish his guitar lesson. Ha ha can't waste precious time  :)  .. using it for the first time as well!

Today I decided to stamp my words in a slanting way .. just for fun..  like :) ??

A Christmas Card

I have two posts for today .. and both scheduled as now I'm on my way to Amsterdam for the weekend :))

So this is my first post and my card here I made for this week's Christmas Stampin' all Year Long Challenge. Some time ago I had won one of the challenges there and the prize was a GDT Spot  yay ... a good excuse to make me another Christmas Card for my pile :) 

I was given this cute Karber Digi Stamp to make my card and the theme for this week is 

CLEAN AND SIMPLE.

I am really not sure if I managed the Clean and Simple style.. just don't know why I find these challenges so hard ... Anyway, I coloured my stamp with my promarkers, border punch is Martha Stewart, and I am using a new Nestabilities die today, the Lacey Circle yay.. I was given some die cuts of this by Chrissy and I loved them so much that I just had to get it for myself as well he he

So come and play with the girls at Christmas Stampin' All Year Long this week to make another Christmas card .. it's never to early to start on these. The prize for this week is one Karber digi image.

New Home

Yesterday, while blog hopping around, I came across a New Home card... which reminded me that I had a New Home card ordered!! ... woops.. I had totally forgot about it! 

This is what I came up with.... 

At first I just didn't know which stamp to use, but then I remembered a Pink Cat Studio stamp set which I had, and thought this cute one.. errmmm another un-inked stamp.... was just perfect! 

I coloured it with my promarkers, paper is from my DCWV Floral Prints paper pack, border punch is Martha Stewart and the dies Nestabilities. Sentiment is computer generated.

The flowers are wooden ones, which lucky me I had won from Lorraine.. yay  :) First time using them.. can colour these, but I thought I really liked them in their natural colour.

Fairwee Emaline

Again I stayed overtime yesterday... but I can have a good break now yay.. as it was a Public Holiday here today..   I'm taking tomorrow off ... and on Friday... woo hoo.... I'm off to Amsterdam :)) I am so excited. This is the yearly team activity that we do where I work. The first time we went to Taormina for a day, then we went to Vienna for two days and now it's Amsterdam for three days he he so fun. Hope weather will be good with us.

So, in between some house cleaning, today I managed to do me this card which I made just for fun. I've been seeing lots of cards made for the Less Is More Challenge and decided to play along as well, as the girls there are trying to reach 1000 entries.

I only played once or twice before, as I do find this challenge so though and today as well really not sure if my card is CAS at all.. so well let me know girls .. look I got lots of white space ....... :)

I used two stamps on my card today, one is the cute Fairwee Emaline and the other stamp, the tree, was a freebie in the Simply Homemade Magazine, which I stamped directly on some dotted paper and then coloured the flowers and tree trunk with my promarkers.

Today I decided to stamp my sentiment directly on my card..... after doing the embossing.......really don't know how it came out good.. ha ha and I could make it in that slanting way as it was a clear stamp... The grass is a Die-Namics die and the little butterflies are and XCut punch.

A Birthday Card

Hello everyone, good morning, it's time for another new challenge at Crafty Sentiments and this week the theme is BIRTHDAY CARDS. So many gorgeous stamps to use for this theme and finally I decided on Henry Mushroom Bear digi stamp ... It's been some time since I used it ... 

... and you can never go wrong with such an adorable stamp I think... even when Mr mojo is MIA.. yes that is where mine was while I was doing this card. It is so difficult to create something while hubby is around!! I coloured stamp with my promarkers, paper is from a Papermania paper pack, a butterfly and a bow to finish it off.

Sparkle

It's only yesterday that I realised how busy I am going to be this week... next Monday kids will be starting school again.. still got loads of things to prepare..... hubby is going to repaint our younger son's bedroom since it still had Mickey Mouse plastered all over and so lots of cleaning.. and on Friday morning I'm off to Amsterdam for the weekend!!! Yikes... not for Amsterdam of course.. I'm looking forward to that :)) .. but for all the things I have to do .. this besides some DT Cards which I still have to do.. really hope I won't have to stay overtime this week as well!

Anyway, I have a really sparkly card today to show you now and it's my DT Card for the new Stamp Fairy Challenge. The theme for this fortnight is SPARKLE. I had immediately thought of Christmas when I saw this theme and so a Christmas Card I did using the cute Barry Winter.

Wasn't sure which photo I liked best, if this one that I took in the sun.. 

.. or this one taken in the shade... so me always finding it difficult to decide kept them both ha ha 

I cut the stars with my Die-Namics die, the sparkly strips are Papermania and the Christmas tree is from Mic Crafts. I coloured my image with my promarkers . Had so much fun making this card ... I do think I got carried away a bit though with the sparkle. There is it all over the edges, on the stars, on the sparkly strips.. 

..  in the snow and on Barry's hat and scarf as well. Still.. I really loved how it turned out. So fun I think.

Get Well Soon

Today it was my youngest son's turn to fly an aircraft. They have both been going for pilot training this Summer and it was his turn today. He was so excited, I am sure he will remember this day forever.. and I hope he will want to continue this training so maybe he will start flying ME one day ha ha .. We're of course at the beach today.. it's still so hot and sunny here in Malta .. love going...

so I'm scheduling this post before I go. It's my turn this week to make my DT Card for this week's challenge at OSAAT. This week our challenge is PUNCH IT!

I used one of my Martha Stewart border punches ..and some embossing today. The image is one of Stitchy's funny images he he love this nurse, so fun. I coloured her with my promarkers and then cut around her and popped her on a die cut.

Hi, good morning, happy weekend everyone. Had a lovely night out yesterday at the tennis trophies presentation bbq dinner. Weather beautiful, lovely food, lotsa wine, played bingo as well .. just perfect.

Anyway, it's Saturday, so it's of course time for another challenge at Sweet Stampin'. Today we want to see flowers on your cards.. easy peasy

Another long day at the office.. overtime again .. boo... I usually finish at 1.00pm since I don't work full-time but we're at the end of the financial year now, the busiest time of all, so we're really busy !! 

Anyways, on my way home I remembered that I still hadn't prepared my post for today, and on Fridays its Just Wordz time! We are still showcasing Everyday Sentiments and this is what I did today.

Shopping Nikki

My son was so excited today. His bedroom was delivered today and so they spent all day mounting it up. I'll be busy cleaning tomorrow after I come back from work... so I'm really hoping I won't have to stay overtime again tomorrow as we want to go find some curtains and matching bed sets as well! We are so so busy at the office at the moment, been staying late everyday this week yuk!! 

Still I managed to do me a card. I wanted to have a play with this stamp that I had won some time ago at the Make It Monday Challenge yay :)

Spots and Stripes

Hi everyone, good morning .. another new day and another new challenge. This time it's challenge time at Crafty Sentiments and we also have some new gorgeous digital Manga images being released today as well. 

The theme for this week's challenge is SPOTS and STRIPES and this is what I did.

Lots of spots in my embossed background and some stripes in the yellow coloured raffia. I coloured my image with my promarkers and I used my Just Wordz stamps for the sentiment.

Quite a simple card today, hope you like it.

Birthday Kid

Hi everyone, good morning. Hope you had a great weekend. It's back to work for me after five days off from work. Loved it, really need some more of these days ha ha :) Anyway, it's Monday so it's challenge time with StampFairy. As from last week we have gone bi-weekly... but this doesn't mean we won't be having some cards to show you.
