Spring is in the air..

Hello everyone. It's a nice sunny day here, but still, I spent it in my craft room, enjoying myself making this card with this new image from Teddy-Bo, that I have won last week from Bearly-Mine Challenges.

I immediately loved it and had to do something with it!

The gorgeous background paper that I used was a magazine freebie this month, corner die is Cheery Lynn and the beautiful hearts border die is from Crafty Sentiments.

I have of course coloured the image with my promarkers.

I am really pleased with how it turned out.

Spring Is In the Air

Good morning everyone. .. another Spring themed card from me this week, but this time my card I made it for the new challenge starting today at I ♥ Promarkers as the theme for this week is 

SPRING IS IN THE AIR

For my card today I decided to use one of the two adorable stamps that were free in this month's Quick Cards magazine. The magazines are all so expensive over here, so haven't been buying them regularly, but when I saw Jules' cards, I couldn't resist it this time and I just had to have it. Luckily I managed to buy it as it seems everyone here had the same idea and I couldn't find it anywhere in the shops!!! 

I coloured the image with my promarkers, DPs are Dovecraft and corner dies are Die-Namics.

I really love how my card turned out today.

Spring Colors

Hello everyone, I'm still up today, really late too, so I thought I would share this card I made before I hop off for my beauty sleep.... whatever's left of it anyway!!! 

So for this card today I was inspired by the lovely Spring weather and all the Spring themed challenges in blogland at the moment. The image that I used this time is one of my Lili of the Valley stamps which I coloured with my promarkers.

The DP was a magazine paper pad freebie, the border punch is Martha Stewart, while the flourish die is Marianne Creatables. 

Love these bright colours.

Chloe with Daisy

Hello everyone. Today I took the day off again. Had some errands, laundry to do but I spent most of it in my craft room :) What a joy .. and it would have been a near perfect day if only I had my Bokwa class tonight!!

Anyway, this is a card I made this morning, using a stamp I had won some time ago from Pink Gem Design.

I colored Chloe with my promarkers, adding some glitter star dust stickles on the flower and glossy accents on the butterflies on her pigtails. 

The papers are all magazine freebies and the sentiment is from Crafty Sentiments.

I'm really pleased with how my card turned out today.

Commissioned Cards

Good morning everyone. Today, I took the day off as have to take my son to a dentist appointment this morning, so I thought, before I go, to share with you two commissioned cards, very similar, that I made for a friend. She needed these cards to give to VIPs here in Malta so I was very excited that she asked me.

This is what I made...

She wanted the logo on the card and so it was very easy from then as I just picked up the colors from that. The die on the side is the Piestra Tile from MB and then I just coloured with markers the card underneath the die and added card candy to finish them off.

I was really pleased with how they turned out and they loved them too :)

Anything Goes

Good morning everyone, a cloudy day here today .. .. so I think I did well yesterday to go out. Yes, I went to Valletta, and I had a really fun morning shopping and then to finish it off I had a light lunch at the restaurant in front of St John's Co Cathedral, out in the sun... really nice.

Flowers Galore

Good morning everyone, it is a nice sunny day here in Malta and a Public Holiday too yay.. Unfortunately hubby is abroad, so can't enjoy the day with him and I'm all alone, so still haven't decided if to go out or stay in! Lots to do at home, but it's such a nice day and the shops are open, so I'm in a dilemma ha ha :P

Anyway today being Tuesday, I have my Crafty Sentiments card to share with you for the new challenge starting today. The theme for this week is

Hi everyone, good morning. My third card for me this week, wow I'm getting into the routine again :) ..  and it's another Easter Card today! I am really enjoying myself making these this year.

.. yes not to make an Easter Card, but having made two Easter cards in a row already, I just felt like making  another one for today as well.

This time, for something different, I didn't use the usual Spring colours, and used instead this bluish Easter digi paper that I had already printed.

Easter Release - Field of Flowers

Hello good morning everyone. Today I'm sharing another Easter Card using another new gorgeous stamp from this month's new release at

Crafty Sentiments

This time I am using Field of Flowers and of course I colored it with my promarkers. The papers are oldie ones from Do Crafts, circles dies Spellbinders, border punch Martha Stewart and corner die  Die Namics.

Used some foam flowers today and bow-maker to make the bow.

Love how it turned out, even though a bit bright I think .. did you need your sunglasses :P

Easter Release - Delightful Flowers

Great celebrations in Malta yesterday.. and today as well! 

General Elections and a change in Government of 25 years!! woo hoo :)

 Me and hubby were in the streets celebrating too ...

and that was so much fun :P

Don't know if we'll be going out again today to continue with the partying, as this morning the new prime minister will be sworn in and all shops, all schools and most offices around the island are going to be closed!

Anyway, I'm sure you didn't stop here today to hear about the Elections, sorry but couldn't help myself to share!

So here is my card for today .. an Easter Card using one of the gorgeous new stamps released for this month at Crafty Sentiments. 

This time the new stamps are all about EASTER and the one that I am using is Delightful Flowers.

I coloured my image with promarkers, papers are digi ones and butterfly die is Memory Box.

At the moment in Malta the General Elections are being held! Hubby didn't want to go out because of this, yesterday evening and this morning.. of course until the results are out.. and depending on the outcome today... which by the looks of it, WE ARE GOING OUT #!!!!! woot woot :D

Anyway, so me, of course I spent this time in my craftroom and this is one of my makes...

... a thank you card for a male colleague.

Decided of course to keep it clean and simple and so used my Memory Box Piestra Tile die, the letters dies and card candy to finish it off. Always tricky to glue on those letters without leaving a mess on the card!
