Easter with Crafty Sentiments

Hello girls.. it's Thursday, so today I have my DT Card for this week's new challenge at Crafty Sentiments to show you... The theme this week is EASTER ..  I'm pretty sure this one will be more popular than last week's challenge ..... not so many joining us for our bookmark theme last week... 

For my card today I used the cute Toby, coloured him with my promarkers, the papers are magazine freebies and then some gorgeous spring flowers and a digi sentiment from Crafty Sentiments for the final touch.

Tiny Baby

Woo hoo .. .. .. .. look who we have here today...........  This little cutie pie is Tiny Baby from Some Odd Girl and guess what ..  I was one lucky girl and I won this little guy today.. ... ... woo hoo ..  actually that was yesterday, cos it's 2.00am here now.... Well.. I just couldn't leave him there without doing something with him... 

... so I quickly printed him off and coloured him with my promarkers.. cut around him carefully and then popped him up on a pretty coloured paper for a quick clean and simple style... I printed the Welcome sentiment with my Scriptina font, cut the BABY with my die cuts .. a ribbon and three gems to finish it off... must have been my quickest card ever......... Hope you like :)   

Sorry about the photo, but definitely I will be back with a nicer photo when it's daylight. Adding my card for the  CLEAN and SIMPLE theme at Some Odd Girl for now.. ... closing in a few hours.. .. but will be adding my other challenges later on as now I'm off to sleep ha ha  :)

Summer Baby

This little guy is having fun in the sun.. and I'm having fun in my craft room this week :) yep .. I'm on vacation leave all week long, but since my young man is studying for his 'O' Levels at the moment, we are staying most of the time indoors so he can study...

... I really don't mind if it means I can do a card or two he he :)

This is one of the cards I made.... I really let myself go with the colours and papers here .. errmmm sometimes I think it is too much ... not sure... The stamp is from Mo's Digi Stamps, coloured it with my promarkers,  sentiment is a freebie from Pink Cat Studio and papers from my Me and My Big Ideas paper pack.

I did some scallops today with one of my fancy cut scissors... and today also managed to add a little piece of some ribbon which I just wanted to keep... had it for ages, and just wanted to keep it .. can you understand me?

Clementine and a Candy Alert

I'm really enjoying myself making Easter cards.. he he don't think I ever did so much of these.. but there are so many cute and fun Easter stamps around, that I couldn't help myself making another one.

This is what I did this time, an easel card and I'm using the sweet Clementine from Stamp Fairy Stamps.

Papers are from my stash, did some faux stitching today and used my Fiskars punch for the borders.

Clementine is coloured with my promarkers, added some pink chalk on her cheeks and little tummy and then cut out some pretty flowers with my CREAlies die cuts... gems and ribbon for the final touch. Hope you like :)

OSAAT - 58

Hello, good morning, hope you're having a lovely weekend. .. we're out all day long today, so if you're reading this on this Sunday morning, it means my scheduled post worked fine yay  :)

Today I have my OSAAT DT card for this week's challenge to show you. The theme this week is MAKE IT SASSY.. not sure if I managed to make my card sassy, but still hope you like it. To do my card this week I got to choose from one of Sylvie's gorgeous stamps and so I chose the lovely Leona.

I coloured Leona with my promarkers, adding some glitter on her dress, papers from a Papermania Paper Pack, and today I'm using two of Karen's gorgeous pins which I had won in a blog hop some time ago.

I did the white punched flowers with my Pop-Up Water Lily Martha Stewart punch, but this time I cut off the petals and added another paper flower on top... really loved how they came out.. feels like I have a new punch  he he :)

An Easter Card

Today, after housework and before dashing off to pick my son from his 'O' Level exam, I managed to squeeze in some crafting time and did another Easter Card.. a rather quickie one, but of course with lots of thinking for me ...

In fact I coloured this stamp twice, because after colouring it I decided I didn't like it and so did another one, but then when I showed them both to my son, he said he liked the first one most and so after all, I decided to do my card with the first one I coloured he he :) 

The stamp is Bildmalarna, first time using one of these cute stamps.. and only one I have too..  errm don't say where I've been.. I know I know... he he :)  I coloured it with my promarkers and added some glitter today.

The lovely paper is from the Papermania Spring Pack ... I decided to cut out the easter eggs from the paper and popped them up with foam, really loved how it turned out...not sure about the bow though. Not usual for me to do such big bows on my cards, and then hubby said it's too large as well mmm !!!
