I coloured the stamp with my promarkers and I thought about the colours for my card after seeing the gorgeous blouse a colleague of mine was wearing ... beige, cream, yellow and touches of green and maroon! I hope I'm not getting her conscious of what she is wearing he he :)
Luckily I found the papers too. The background I stamped with a 'Best Wishes' stamp I had, the yellow one with the roses is a vellum and the brown is a handmade paper which I tore at the sides.
I followed the lovely sketch at Lily of the Valley..

OMG Dora this looks so warm & inviting! seriously, all the texture and those colors....a winner for sure! I love it! Good job!
PS- my Christmas creation took me all day between cleaning, meals, kids & well....everything else....when it was done, hubby spilled Apple juice on the table and caught the bottom of it....he felt horrible...I said 'no biggy'...he was still upset after we went to bed. In the morning it had totally dried up.... HAHA, we can laugh about it now!!! .
